Responsibility Matrix
Under the Platinum Financial / Distributor relationship, the Distributor becomes a sales agent for Platinum Financial. The responsibilities of the respective parties therein are as follows:
Distributor
- Solicit the products and/or services ("Programs") offered by Platinum Financial to prospective merchants, investors, and other potential customers ("Customers")
- Present in a clear and accurate manner the currently available Programs and related details as may apply to each interested Customer
- Complete all appropriate paperwork and documentation, and collect any required initial deposit and/or payment, ("Orders") and submit to Platinum Financial in a timely and organized manner
- Ensure proper site preparation prior to scheduled installation date (site preparation includes: sufficient cleared space for ATM placement; installed and operational telephone line and dedicated electrical circuit, each having an appropriate outlet within three feet of desired ATM placement area)
- Maintain post-installation contact with Customer to provide support and act as liaison to convey any service/support requests to Platinum Financial
Platinum Financial
- Provide appropriate sales support and marketing materials to Distributor
- Process acceptable Orders in a timely manner
- Coordinate shipping and installation of properly ordered equipment
- Provide for appropriate Customer training at time of installation
- Provide for ongoing transaction processing, settlement, and reporting services
- Provide Customer access to support desk via toll-free telephone line
- Coordinate repair service dispatch, as necessary
- Provide other ongoing Distributor and/or Customer support, as necessary
